LOS ANGELES, CA and NEW YORK, NY (December 2009) Hadley Partners, Incorporated, a leading investment banking firm serving the needs of middle-market and emerging-growth companies, announced that Megan Jones has joined the firm as a director. Megan is an experienced investment banker with extensive experience serving technology and Internet-based companies, and she brings a wealth of experience to Hadley Partners. She is already working out of the firm’s Los Angeles, California office to further build the firm’s practice in the media services sector.

Megan brings significant investment banking experience to her new position, with previous postings at Lazard Freres’ middle market group, Needham & Company, Ernst and Young and Merrill Lynch. She also co-founded The Sage Group, a venture-backed investment banking boutique. Megan earned her B.A. from Pepperdine University and her J.D. from Loyola Law School. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
