LOS ANGELES, CA and NEW YORK, NY (June 2009) Hadley Partners, Incorporated, a leading investment banking firm serving the needs of middle-market and emerging-growth companies, announced that Peter Seibold has joined the firm as a managing director. Peter is a 20-year veteran of Goldman, Sachs & Co., and brings a wealth of experience to Hadley Partners. He will lead the firm’s efforts in the industrial and energy sectors. Peter will be based in Hadley Partners’ New York office.

Prior to joining Hadley Partners, Peter was a managing director at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he spent 20+ years working in investment banking, capital markets and equity derivatives. During his tenure at Goldman, Peter worked on a variety of transactions, including sell side and buy side assignments, debt and equity financings, hostile raid defenses, structured share repurchases and corporate hedging transactions. Peter received his B.A. and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.
