LOS ANGELES, CA (May 15, 2009) Hadley Partners, Incorporated, a leading investment banking firm serving the needs of middle-market and emerging growth companies, announced that investment banking veteran Paul Huffman has joined the firm as a managing director. His joining further enhances Hadley Partners’ ability to serve clients and expands the firm’s successful consumer practice. Paul is recognized for his expertise in the restaurant industry, having completed over 35 assignments for companies in the industry. In addition to this industry focus, Paul also brings deep expertise in other sectors, including retail, consumer finance and business services. Paul is based in the firm’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Prior to joining Hadley Partners, Paul was a managing director with middle-market boutique Morgan Joseph & Co., most recently heading up the firm’s Los Angeles office as well as the firm’s practice in the restaurant industry. Prior to Morgan Joseph, he held senior positions with ING Barings and SunTrust Equitable Securities Corporation. His career spans 16 years of providing advice to public and private companies and private equity firms in numerous industries. Paul received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
