LOS ANGELES, CA (March 2007) Hadley Partners, Incorporated, a leading investment banking firm serving the needs of middle-market and emerging growth companies, announced that investment banking veteran Dan Shea has joined the firm as a managing director. His joining further enhances Hadley Partners’ ability to serve clients and expand the firm’s successful franchise. Mr. Shea will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles headquarters.

Prior to joining Hadley Partners, Mr. Shea was a managing director with middle-market boutique W. Y. Campbell & Company, most recently establishing and heading up the firm’s Los Angeles office. Prior to Campbell, he held a senior position with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance (now Giuliani Capital Advisors). His career spans 16 years of providing advice to public and private companies as well as private equity firms. He has worked in numerous industries including e-commerce, aerospace and defense, automotive aftermarket, energy, transportation, electronics, computer hardware, media, retail supply, specialty chemicals, and others. Mr. Shea received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University.
